Dear audience,
We are beginning the year with the end.
Today, we are 100 years old, even older than your beloved great-grandmother. We sleep a lot, and when we’re not sleeping, we think about you.

Nicht das Ende is a transgenerational, relaxed performance installation that explores the theme of passing away and the passage of time. In collaboration with people aged 11 to 65, sound artist Uwe Schade, and Ohlsdorf Cemetery, the Bright Future Collective invites audiences into a space for reflection, movement, and encounter.

This immersive performance at Kultur-Kapelle III was the first collaborative work by the Bright Future Collective (Anthoula Bourna, Teresa Rosenkrantz, Anne Pretzsch).
